For the year 2011-2012 the Board of Directors is presided by Professor Luis A. Morales Burgos, Treasurer; Mrs. Maritza Florán Hernández, Sub-secretary; Engineer Edil E. Villarrubia Román, Sub-treasurer; Professor Nancy Banrey Aponte, Director; Mrs. Brenda J. Varela García, Director; Mr. Román M. Velasco González, Director; Mr. Iván Flores Pérez, Director; Mrs. Aida L. Torres Cruz, Director and Miss Mayra Rivera Rodríguez, Director.

The Board of Directors is the governing body responsible of establishing the institution's policies. Its members were elected through the direct vote of the delegates of affiliated cooperatives in an Annual Assembly, held last May 28, 2011 in the Sheraton Hotel of the Puerto Rico Convention Center.
