Board of Directors is presided by Attorney Raúl N. Carrero Crespo who will be assisted in his endeavors by Miss Carmen E. Muñoz Hernández, Vice-president; Mr. José R. Torres Ramírez, Second Vice-president; Miss Altagracia Peña Suárez, Secretary; Mr. Roberto Delgado Jiménez, treasurer; Prof. Nancy Banrey Aponte, Sub-secretary; Dr. Fernando L. Joglar Virella, Sub-treasurer and the following Directors: Attorney Héctor L. Torres Catalán, Prof. Luis A. Velázquez Vera, Miss Brenda J. Valera García, Miss Agnes Y. Quiñones Figueroa, Mr. Federico Rivera Llópiz and Engineer José A. Morales Burgos.

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the company in charge of establishing the policies of the institution. Its members are elected in an annual assembly, through the direct vote of the delegates of affiliated cooperatives.
