HOME ASSISTANCE OFFERS
PLUMBING SERVICE
Repairs to broken
water pipes, faucets
or any other plumbing
fixtures in the home		 Up to a maximum of $300
per event with an annual limit
of three events.
Unclogging of fixed
pipes, visible or not,
as long as they are in
the interior of the home		 Up to a maximum of $100
per event and limited to the
three events previously
mentioned.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE
Repairs made to
re-establish the energy
supply to the home
or within its; property
limits, as a result of
defective or damage
electrical facilities		 Up to a maximum of $300
per event, with a limit of
three annual events.
LOCKSMITH SERVICE
For the opening of
locks due to lost keys
and to repair
malfunctioning house
and garage locks due
to burglary attempts,
accidental damage or
other defects		 Up to a maximum of $300
per event, with an annual
limit of three events.
Covers damages caused
by the rescue of people
confined, within a home
in the event of the
impossibility of access
to the interior		 Up to $500 per event.
GLASSWARE SERVICE
Repair or replacement
of broken glass doors
or windows forming
a part of the exterior

per event, with a limit of
