Personal Automobile Policies

Your personal automobile policy offers the following coverages:

Public Liability

Provides the following Benefits: 

Body Injury Liability.
Compensation for bodily injury caused to others as result of an automobile accident for which the insured driver is responsible.

Property Damage Liability.
Compensates others for property damage caused by an automobile accident for which the insured driver is responsible.

It is recommended that insurance limits be set on the basis of the insured’s assets
(value of residence, business, land, automobiles and income) to protect him or her against property or income losses as a result of a lawsuit.

Personal Injury Protection (PIP)
(required by Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law) Covers medical payments, benefits including lost wages, replacement of services (such as child care or domestic services) and death benefit if due to bodily injuries, sickness, disease or death arising from of an automobile accident.

Optional Coverage for Uninsured Motorists.
Covers medical payments, unearned salaries, pain and suffering and mental anguish, arising out of bodily injuries caused by the driver of an insured vehicle.
