New Board of Directors commences tenure

The new Board of Directors that will accomplish many of the initiatives that Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples (CSM) will put forward during 2007-2008, is officially constituted. It occurred during recent ceremonies celebrating the commencement of tenure for this important body of directors that took place at the Caribe Hilton Hotel.
Mr. Raúl Carrero Crespo was re-elected President of the Board of Directors, who will be assisted in his endeavors by Miss Carmen E. Muñoz Hernández, vice-president; Mr. José R. Torres Ramírez, second vice-president; Miss Altagracia Peña Suárez, secretary; Mr. Roberto Delgado Jiménez, treasurer; Prof. Nancy Banrey Aponte, sub-secretary; Dr. Fernando L. Joglar Virella, sub-treasurer and the following directors: Attorney Héctor L. Torres Catalán, Prof. Luis A. Velázquez Vera, Miss Brenda J. Valera García, Miss Agnes Y. Quiñones Figueroa, Mr. Federico Rivera Llópiz and Engineer José A. Morales Burgos.

The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the delegates of various affiliated cooperatives during CSM’s Annual Assembly.
